1. What does it mean EEC and EXTRA-EEC ?
If you live or order from an European Country you must pay VAT. Viceversa if you live in Switzerland, Australia .... you should have to pay only local taxes. 
2. What are the Shipping Costs ?
For most of the European Countries (Austria, Germany, England, France, Spain,..., but not Switzerland) are (Information valid until December 2009): - up to 2Kg. 20,00 € (2 pair of Chinos)
- up to 4,5 Kg 25,00 € (1 leather Jacket and 2 pair of Chinos).
In any case if you "simulate" an order you will know what the shipping charges are.
3. How can I understand the Chinos size I need ?
Normally you should add 16 to the Chinos (American) size to know the most used European sizes (if you are 50 you should buy a 34 (eg: 50-16=34). But please as each Country has some different kind of measure you should measure your waistline width to make a choice... And if you already have a pair of Chinos the size is indicated under the label W.
Another important question is sometimes "what is the leg's length". Chinos are shipped with a leg's length that is standard for each size and the customer must - sometimes - reduce it. This operation is not made by http://www.e-avirex.com/.

6. Why my user is "locked" ?
When you register to www.e-Avirex.com the system sends to you a mail with an address and asks you to click it for confirmation... this is due to the fact that there might be registration made by spammers ... and your confirmation avoids this. In any case after some days we normally confirm it anyway.
7. Why some items are unavailable ?
Some product or model, like for the cars, is sometimes re-engeneered and therefore it is not produced again, moreover some model belongs to a "collection" only and when terminated it becomes unavailable. It is important to know also that we are managing the stock in a FIFO way eg: who first order the item will receive it first !!
8. How to reduce the belt's length ?
Avirex belt's length can be reduced very simply following the instructions below. It is necessary only a screwdriver and scissors. - Unscrew the screw
- Cut up to a size desired
- Make a new hole and remount
